In 1998, LLAL and LBC entered into a Concession Agreement with London Luton Airport Operations Ltd. (LLAOL) for the management, operation and development of LTN. This agreement lasts until 2031.

LLAL takes no part in the day to day running of the airport, but has a significant role to play – along with LLAOL – in planning for its long-term success.

Whilst we take an interest in the operations of the airport as they affect residents in Luton and the surrounding communities, we cannot comment on, or assist with, any matters relating to the individual passenger experience at LTN.

If you have any comments, compliments or complaints about the operation of LTN, please contact the airport operator, LLAOL. You can find a link to their feedback form at www.london-luton.co.uk/en/contact/
